I have started this blog after witnessing the bullying, harassment, and unjustified take-downs of several items from XStreetSL, due to the misuse of the DMCA as a weapon against fair competition in a free market. Using the DMCA to eliminate legitimate competition is wrong, and should be STOPPED. This fiasco has gone on long enough.
This irritated and disappointed me so much, that I decided to write an open letter addressing this issue. I have nothing to gain from this personally, I only wish to see justice for those who have been wrongfully accused of copyright infringements. All references are noted at the bottom of this letter for your convenience, and I am confident that you, dear reader, will come to a fair, just conclusion concerning this issue.
